• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Karachi

• Same-Day Delivery is available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

• Orders received after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next business day.

All Across Pakistan

• Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days.

• Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or rural areas.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
